Nouryon’s India operations earn Great Place To Work® Certification™ for second consecutive year

Global specialty chemicals leader Nouryon announced that its India operations have been recognized with Great Place To Work® Certification™ for 2026, marking the second consecutive year the company has received the distinction.

“Years of sustained investment in Nouryon's India operations – across our corporate office, global service center and innovation center – plus our organic peroxide production site in Mahad have laid the groundwork for this recognition,” said Sobers Sethi, senior vice president, Emerging Markets and China, at Nouryon. “Our ongoing certification is the result of the deliberate, long-term investment we've made in our people and capabilities in India. This award reflects that work and the team behind it."

The focus on culture shows up in day-to-day life at Nouryon. Employees see their work create real impact, support business-critical projects, have opportunities to develop globally and within their region, and build meaningful careers at a company that has grown stronger since its start in 2018.

"This certification in India reflects our broader ambition to build a great place to work for our people everywhere," said Jennifer Durbin, Nouryon's chief human resources officer. "We are committed to a culture of working with purpose so that – no matter where our employees are based – they can do meaningful work, grow their careers and thrive."

Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors that drive business performance. Its certification is based on employee feedback collected through the organization's proprietary and anonymous Trust Index™ survey and is recognized worldwide as a benchmark for high-trust workplaces.
